Botanical Name: Graptoveria Fred Ives
Common Name: Fred Ives
Country of Origin: Mexico
The Graptoveria Fred Ives is a pretty evergreen succulent, with pale green to frosty pink hues to salmon or yellow, depending on the growing conditions. It is a hybrid plant, originating from the Graptopetalum Paraguayense and the Echeveria Gibbiflora. In summer, they bloom pale yellow flowers with red-orange centers. In a group, they look beautiful in a tall pot as they like to cascade down. Pots sold separately.
Care Instructions:
Light Preference: Enjoys indirect bright light and full sun (up to 6 hours), except in hot summer days when partial shade is recommended
Water Tolerance: Water once a week (preferably on schedule). Allow the soil to be dry between waterings. Do not overwater as too much moisture will lead to root rot.
Soil: Enjoys gritty succulent potting soil. Feed during the growing season (spring) by adding new soil. If you grow them in containers, repot them with fresh potting soil every 2 -3 years.
