The unique Hoya Carnosa commonly known as Hoya Hearts or Wax Plant succulent, is an attractive houseplant that is sought-after for its heart shape. Its leaves are waxy and grow a flat faced heart shape in a vivid green. When they grow, hearts will appear on vines and trail over their pot. Pots sold separately.
