This unique succulent commonly known as the Carrion Plant or Starfish Cactus, is a columnar cactus, with erect, thick, fleshy, and gray-green stems which can grow up to 3 feet. A beautiful Star shaped flower varying in colors will bloom in late summer or fall, under the right growing conditions. It is planted in a white square pot.
Care Instructions
Light tolerance: Enjoys indirect Sunlight.
Water tolerance: Water once a week (preferably on schedule). Allow the soil to be dry between waterings. Do not overwater as too much moisture will lead to root rot.
Soil: Enjoys gritty succulent potting soil. Feed during the growing season (winter to spring) by adding new soil. If you grow them in containers, repot them with fresh potting soil every 2 -3 years.
